In the conditions of modern social systems, it is relevant to study the problem of the ratio of spiritual and material benefits, which allows us to identify civilizational aspects of democratic transformations. The article analyzes the postmodern worldview, which is characterized by alternative value systems that destabilize the situation in the human subconscious, which often becomes the cause of illusory and inappropriate revolutions in the worldview aspects of the individual. The article proves the tendency according to which a person, being the main factor in the process of improving the institutions of political systems of society, on the one hand socializes his behavior and on the other hand improves his own system of values.
