Qualitative and quantitative transformations of external and internal challenges force the political nation to modernize its political culture and public administration system forming innovative approaches to understanding national interests. Twenty-six years have passed since the restoration of Armenia’s sovereignty but the issues of identity and strategic perspective are still relevant answering to which the nation will be able to overcome the economic crisis restore a high degree of competitiveness of the nation motivate the political elite of the country for fruitful and competent management of the state.
