The historical-comparative analysis of nation-state as well as the semiotic analysis of the nation allows us to understand the moral and psychological influence of the nation on the processes of self-organization and self-actualization. The newest concepts of postmodernism are reduced to the fact that civilizational interpretations of reality and worldview changes in mass consciousness lead to the formation of new socio-political realities with new types of threats and counteractions. The world is changing and these changes affect the change in the worldview and the nation’s perceptions of the basic values of human existence.
